Galleries are active for seven (7) days. Clients must complete their selection and/or download process within this timeframe. Gallery reactivation requires a $20 fee. 

Images must be downloaded to a computer. If you dont have a computer, you are responsible to locate one for the purpose of downloading the images as stated in your session contract at time of booking. Other electronic devices such as smart phones and tablets do not handle high resolution images and the quality of the images will be compromised if downloaded to one of these devices.

After six (6) months, all images will be purged from the photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion.Michelle Mojica Photography is not responsible for loss or damage to digital files after galleries have been delivered.
